As a reward for surviving November, which was as hard a month as October, I received a long-desired backyard romance. A bottle with roundness and full-bodied acidity. As the temperature gradually rises, the sweetness becomes more pronounced, and the crispness is just right, making it even more to my liking. It was a bottle that could be enjoyed twice in one! Rice polishing ratio: 55% (100% Aizu rice) Alcohol content: 15%.
