At Uekiya Shoten in Aizuwakamatsu,
The brewer at Kita-no-Hana Sake Brewery allowed us to taste this dry junmai sake.
This is the first in the Uekiya Artist One-Cup series, a collaboration with an artist associated with Aizu.
This is a collaboration between Kita-no-Hana Sake Brewery and the design of "Shu-no-Ben," a painter from Aizuwakamatsu who lives in Sendai.
Fresh and sweet on the palate,
It has a fresh, sweet, cider-like coolness and a smooth bitterness,
It has a refreshingly sharp and crisp dry taste,
Quite dry,
The wine is quite dry and has a clear, silky, watery feel.
