Bizen Omachi Junmai Daiginjo Shiboritate Unmatured Sake
Wadaya's February Hanpukai Sake
It's already the end of March.
Fruity aroma.
A bit drier than the other packaged sake, but the umami is well balanced.
Powerful umami from OMACHI, nicely finished with acidity and bitterness to tighten up the flavor.
I've only had Kamonishiki's sake, but they are all really beautiful, and you can't go wrong with any of their sake!
