Akita sake. not next5.
Gutsy type. It seems to go better with warmer temperatures.
We had it at a sushi restaurant, but it seems to go better with darker dishes.
I was told that it can only be drunk in restaurants, but I wonder if that is true.
I thought the symbol that looked like a sea bream caught with rice was cute, but when I reviewed the image, it was a sparrow. The name "wave" got me.

Hi Nochi😄
I saw this for the first time 👀️.
I didn't know there was such a thing at Akita Sake Brewery 😆.
I'm pretty sure it's a restaurant only 😳

T.KISO Good evening. I had to drink a beer to keep my body hydrated, but I had never seen this brand before and I couldn't resist ordering it. If you see it, please try it!
