This sake is also from a visit to the Miura Sake Brewery in Hirosaki.
It has a refreshing muscat-like aroma with no bitterness.
It also went well with sashimi.
It is said to be a limited edition sake from a brewery, but I couldn't really taste the difference between it and the regular Toyobai Junmai Daiginjo.
