zotti
Quite a rare sake, brewed with special brewing water, probably by separate tank order ✨.
It is said to be a sake that was slowly fermented for 45 days at Ibaraki Sake Brewery, where Rairaku is brewed, with a 45.
It has a slightly floral ginjo aroma and a clean, light body ✨You can taste the delicious sweetness of Yamadanishiki and its soft richness in good balance ✨.
The fresh acidity is pleasant because it's a nama-shu.
The brewing water may have contributed to the mild intoxication ✨.
Goes well with white fish sautéed in olive oil✨
This sake is not generally distributed, but I'll upload it for your reference✨
