This is a limited edition raw sake from Asano Sake Shop!
I found it when I went to buy sake and tasted it♪
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol 17.5
Not much aroma, but smooth in the mouth.
Sweetness and umami like ripe fruit.
The taste is rich and mellow, and it is beautifully wrapped up in a handsome, tasty package.
It has a spiciness and a nice sharpness.
If I had more room in the fridge, I would have bought it 〰🥹.
