Fukuoka Sake Support 📣.
I went to Mojiko, Kitakyushu for a visit and came across some local Kitakyushu sake 🍶 for drinking out.
It was delicious, so I took a small bottle home 🎶.
Fruity with the sweetness of rice.
Mildly sweet, but not overpowering.
As the temperature rises, the taste becomes more complex with just the right amount of bitterness and spiciness.
It's more and more delicious 😆😆.
I think it's better to drink it in cold water.
The sweetness is a bit like Kyushu 🤔.

chikumo😆 Hey, Mizokami Sake Brewery is famous for Tenshin, but I didn't know about this Sarukui until I went to Mojiko and had a drink outside 😆.
You can find it at shimada sake store in the shopping arcade🙆.

MAJ 😆I tend to put off drinking when I'm familiar with it, so there may be a lot of local sake that I don't know about 😂If you get the chance, try it 🎶.

If you ever get a chance to go to Mojiko by train, try drinking sarugui outside 😆 It seems like a lot of restaurants around Moji have it 👍
