Tonight we had #lelac Jungin Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake Miyamanishiki from #Usui Shoten in Omachi City, Nagano Prefecture. The label (rice) is different from the one we had yesterday.
The name "le lac" means "lake" in French.
It has a fresh aroma reminiscent of young grass and green melon.
It finishes with a slightly strong bitterness. I prefer Gohyakumangoku which I drank yesterday.
The pattern on the label represents the three lakes of Nishina (Lake Kisaki, Lake Nakatsuna, and Lake Aoki), which are connected to Omachi.
