ねむちNagano, Japan. Higashi-Iida Brewery Co.
Komatsubara Gengei Junmai Daiginjo Kasumishu.
This was the only liquor store I stopped by in Nagano Prefecture, and as I looked around, I was intrigued by a label I'd never seen before. And it was a limited edition.
First of all, I couldn't read what the kanji characters said, but I confirmed it was "Komatsubara Tsurugi" in romaji.
I asked the owner about it, and he told me that it was a brewery produced by brothers.
One of the 4-goupe bottles (4/10) I brought back from my trip.
I had it cold.
The color is slightly cloudy because it is a haze sake.
The top-rising aroma is mild and not much.
The mouthfeel is not very creamy and flows surprisingly smoothly.
It is quite clear and easy to drink, with a slightly loose taste. The aroma on the nose is a little apple-like.
The fact that it is drinkable like water is probably due to the fact that it is a pure Dai class and has been polished well.
There is a slight lingering bitterness in the aftertaste.
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Polishing ratio: 49
Alcohol content: 15%. ぎゃばん☆☆☆☆☆
I came to this restaurant because they focus on Shinshu sake and because the name of the restaurant was mentioned in another restaurant, but also because mustard lotus root was on the menu!
I thought Higashi-Iida Sake Brewery was in Minami-Shinshin, but Shinonoi? Is it Shinonoi?
Kasumi sake
Moderate acidity and mild bitterness
Slightly crisp, good enough to be served with food
Delicious with mustard lotus root
I forgot the real taste I had in Kumamoto... RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
