I came to this restaurant because they focus on Shinshu sake and because the name of the restaurant was mentioned in another restaurant, but also because mustard lotus root was on the menu!
I thought Higashi-Iida Sake Brewery was in Minami-Shinshin, but Shinonoi? Is it Shinonoi?
Kasumi sake
Moderate acidity and mild bitterness
Slightly crisp, good enough to be served with food
Delicious with mustard lotus root
I forgot the real taste I had in Kumamoto...
