I received it as a gift from an acquaintance~. I was impressed by the concept of using rice from each of the 47 prefectures. The taste is a mildly sweet, pleasantly enjoyable Junmai Daiginjo. It is a junmai daiginjo with a mildly sweet flavor that is pleasantly enjoyable, but still has a richness that keeps you coming back for more. It was the kind of sake that makes you want to drink it slowly!
