Here is a bottle for tonight!
It is a limited edition of "Yamama", a famous sake from Niigata.
I got it at Niigata Ponchu-kan when I was on a trip to Niigata!
This time, I luxuriously compared "Yamayo" and "Hazama Toyo". First, we opened the bottle of "Yamayo", which is a rough-running sake... You can feel the alcohol, but it has a rich sweet aroma. Then, take a sip... It is packed with rich sweetness. It seems to be matured and has a little bit of a peculiar taste. When heated up, the sourness comes out and it is a little refreshing.
However...I think I'd rather drink it raw lol
