Timeline
バサA slightly astringent and alcoholic drink. Like a wine feeling. The label is cool. MantaIkken Age 1000 years old, No. 6 yeast
When I bought this online, I was curious about it because it was listed as the only sake brewery in Sapporo.
It seems to be read as "Ichikonyofisennen".
Rice used, Ginpu 100%, the rice suitable for sake brewing.
Rice polishing ratio: 60%.
Alcohol content: 16%.
When I opened the bottle, I didn't notice much sweetness or flavor, with a strong alcoholic taste in the aftertaste and lingering on the palate.
As the day went on, the sweetness became more palatable on the palate and the alcoholiness was reduced 🙂
But I'm not a fan of the alcoholic aftertaste and the taste that lingers in my throat from the aftertaste 😥. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
