Mouth: Sound Texture is smooth and smooth with a little sharpness, initially sour, reminiscent of grainy vinegar rather than citrus, followed by caramel sweetness. Afterwards you can sense the umami and faint bitterness. The aroma is medium, with a caramel sweetness and bitterness, and a full aroma like cooked rice.
