Found and visited the sake shop during a trip and a trip to Yugawara. a sake brewery in Kaisei-cho, Ashigarakami-gun that was revived in 2018. Freshly stored sake brewed with the former brand name and yeast. Pleasant aroma of melon and banana with a hint of sweetness. The alcohol content is not too high at 15 degrees Celsius, which makes the sake very easy to drink.
