I bought a bottle of Umegae, which Mr. Kazuhiko Ota was drinking and I was so impressed with it, as well as Junmai, this Harazake and Tsushima sake! My hunch was spot on! The reason why it contains sugar and brewing alcohol and is almost the same price as Junmai is in the taste! It has a thick, rich, thick taste! And the kick from the brewing alcohol is like that of a distilled spirit! It may be a mistake that I felt it was slightly like old Awamori, but I'll mention it just in case! I don't recommend it because it's not a very popular element, but I thought it was a nice accent. Also, it goes well with tomatoes, so as a tomato eater, I would like to make it a staple of my diet! The TV screen showed Mr. Kiyoshi Maekawa, a native of Nagasaki, on a program touring Kyushu. Mr. Maekawa is so frank and fun that he even went into people's houses without permission on a news program he used to do in Osaka!

Every time! Mr. Haruei Chichi (*`Ω´) I can't recommend it too widely because of its food, dryness, and alcohol feel! It's whether it fits or not. Something about Tabi Favored Ki all the way. It's fun to see programs from other regions!

Umegae Ginjo 60%, 15%, 720ml, 1,430 yen Three bottles of Umegae for a donation of 10,000 yen! The two bottles of Junmai and Junmai Ginjo have already been recorded before. The first sip of the bottle. It has a slight ginjo flavor. As with the previous two bottles, the mouthfeel is gentle and the taste of rice is present. The sweetness is not too strong and does not interfere with the food. The tangy taste that clings to the tongue is an accent from the alcoholic beverage. The dry sake becomes more dry. If you look at the Umegae Brewery's lineup, you will see that they basically make dry sake. I've been looking for a sake that tastes good with food for years now, and this one is pretty much on the ideal track. To be honest, it has a rather plain taste, but for those of us who like to stay away from the latest fads, it's a great taste. The label is also plain, but has a certain tenderness to it.
