TakatsuguWe opened a bottle of "Snow Petal" from Bunraku Reborn, brewed mainly by the young brewers of Bunraku, which we met last year and became interested in.
The first sip has a fruity flavor with a delicious spread of umami. The alcohol content is a bit high at 16 degrees because it is a draft sake, but I didn't mind at all and it went down my throat easily.
It is a bottle that we are looking forward to pairing with winter delicacies. Please give it a try if you come across it. It has a beautiful taste with a sourness like biting into a lemon and a spreading umami flavor. The fullness of the flavor, which is hard to believe at 13% alcohol, makes it a perfect match for a variety of dishes.
