I discovered a sake that I had not seen at my local liquor store. The first bottle of "Bunraku Reborn," brewed mainly by the young brewers of Bunraku, was opened.
The brewery's concept is "sake with a sour taste like a lemon. The taste is a crisp acidity that squeezes the inside of the mouth, followed by a rich umami that spreads mysteriously. This might be good.
A bottle of sake that is both a traditional sake and a new challenge. If you come across it, please try it. It is delicious. ‼️
