This sake was created under the theme of "reproducing the forgotten techniques of ancient Nara by modern brewers based on documents from that time.
From the aroma before drinking to the taste, the flavor is similar to that of Shaoxing wine.
The taste of Shaoxing wine has been removed, and a subtle rice flavor has been added to give it a refined image.
A very thick and rich sake.
Shaoxing wine is not the kind of liquor that I like.
but for some reason, it has a mysterious taste that makes you want to keep sipping it.
We drank it together with a sense of history, thinking that this might have been the taste of sake that the Japanese used to enjoy in the past.
The aroma I felt was
-Aroma: Like that of Shaoxing sake.
-Aroma: Aroma of Shaoxing wine with a hint of rice.
