I was curious about the sake 🍶 in the Sake Wawa post.
I found the Tomita Brewery version 👏.
In anticipation of the official release of Nichinichi, Mr. Hidehiko Matsumoto released a sake titled "Musha Shugyo," which he made while traveling around the country training at sake breweries. We have nothing but high expectations😊.
Mild aroma. Refreshingly gassy, tangy and pleasant 😋 taste ✨.
Day 2, oh? Increased acidity? As the wine reached room temperature, the sweetness of the rice started to show its face again. And then it was empty 😆.
