kia_twtAt Torikawaya in Hakata, this is another Fukuoka sake. tomoさんLeaving the new sake festival, we looked for a second restaurant.
There are not many izakayas around Kumamoto Station, so all the nearby restaurants are full 😱.
We had our second meeting at a soba restaurant on the restaurant floor of Amu Plaza Kumamoto, which is adjacent to the station.
This soba restaurant has a great selection of sake 😁.
The price is... no way 🤣.
The first drink of the after-party was Karakuchi Samurai, which I had never had before.
I found out that it was from Fukuoka's Morinokura.
This brewery makes all of their sake from junmai (pure rice), so this one is probably junmai too.
It is a dry sake with almost no aroma and a sharp cut from the umami flavor.
It is easy to match with meals. 遥瑛チチGood evening, tomo🌇.
As you said, Morinokura is a pure rice brewery, so it's perfect for you, Tomo 👍.
I'll try to find it and drink it when I get homesick too!
I probably won't be 😆. tomoさんHello, Haruei Chichi ☔.
Kyushu, it was raining heavily⛈ this morning.
This one looks crisp and sharp and quintessential samurai ⚔.
I bet there are more varieties of sake available in Kanto, so you don't have time to get homesick 🤣. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
