☀️ The first thing is the acidity, followed by the umami 😙. The sweetness is low and the bitterness and astringency come out at the end, which lasts until the aftertaste 😚. It was a sake with a big presence 🤗. Maybe it was the impact of the name that made me feel that way 😆.

Good evening, Ponchan 😃. There was a warning about "not eating natto" at some sake brewery tour. I don't think natto bacteria is in it because it seems to be an enemy of sake 🤣. Words can't describe DODON, I wish you could experience it 🤗.
