The Onuma Sake Brewery, which brews Kenkunichi, used the brand name Fuji Masamune until it was named Kenkunichi by the first governor of the prefecture in the early Meiji era. This time, Junmai Genzake is made with Hokkaido-grown comets! Brewed with a low white rice content of 70%, it has a gentle flavor that spreads on the palate, with little bitterness and a clean acidity that finishes sharply and smoothly like a shooting star.
