It is called Moriryu Gohyakumangoku 55% polished rice.
The aroma was a fruitiness of pear and peach with a sweetness like marshmallow.
In the mouth, there is a pleasant sweetness although the scale is small, and you can also taste something like sweetie gum.
As you swallow, a slight pungent bitterness appears from behind the sweetness, and you feel a good sharpness, and the gentle sweetness of the syrup lingers in the aftertaste.
In the first half, you feel the fruity sweetness, and in the second half, the spiciness and bitterness tighten up the whole.
It's a great, well-balanced flavor!
