I was so excited that I was the only one who made a joke about it 😆.
It's a limited edition sake for 17 dealers in Kumamoto prefecture!
It was worth the trip. ✌️
The aroma is fruity with a hint of sourness.
I guess it's citrusy, just like Kumamoto!
The sourness is still strong in the mouth. ❗️
The sweetness accompanies the acidity, and later the bitterness appears.
This is a good Higo sake.
