Urabasuto Separate Illumination
This dry taste brings out the sweetness of the rice without using any of the gorgeousness of Ginjo. It is a mild dry taste that goes well with food. However, it is easy to drink because the sweetness of the rice is strong.
Highly recommended as a midday sake.
