A new project started in Shiwa Town, Iwate Prefecture, the town of sake The "Hajimari no Sake" was produced from the "Hajimari no Gakko" (School of the Beginning). The water, rice, and yeast of Shiwa Town are used to make this sake, which is produced by the Shiwa Sake Brewery in Shiwa. The sake was made using a 100 year old method called "Sanki Amazake Moto"! Shiwa Brewery is famous for its Shiwa Sake, which I also love, so when I was told about it, I had no choice but to buy it and made an immediate decision. When I drank it, it was soft and mellow on the palate, and the flavor and aroma of the rice spread out. It is very mellow, probably due to the fact that it is fire-aged. If this is the beginning, I am looking forward to next year. If you are in Iwate, please check it out! Ingredients: Yamadanishiki produced in Iwate Prefecture Alcohol content: 15 Rice polishing ratio: 55

Launched today. Hajimari no Sake, the first sake from the "Hajimari no Gakko" (School of Beginnings). This is a sake brewed by Shiwa Sake Brewery, a brewery in Shiwa, using local water, rice, and yeast, and brewed with a 100-year-old method, sanki amazake moto (acid base sweet sake yeast). It tastes like the sake. The gentle sweetness was a perfect marriage, especially with cheese. Go for it: ❗️Nambu Touji: ❗️
