The color is clear and the aroma is weakly yogurt-like. When you put it in your mouth, it has a pleasant sweetness from the bitterness and spiciness. Delicious!
Yuzawa city is famous as the birthplace of Ono no Komachi 🤔Ryoseki sake brewery also has a building registered as a national tangible cultural property. I'd like to visit there next time 😊.
I wonder if it goes well with Inaniwa udon? I'd like to give it a try 😄
