This is a junmai ginjo from a sake brewery I visited several times when I worked in Kansai. It is about a 5-minute walk from AEON MALL Itami.
The acidity, sweetness, spiciness, bitterness, and astringency are well balanced, and if you were to draw a radar chart, it would form a perfect pentagon.
It was so smooth and easy to drink that the 300 dl was consumed in no time at all.
