Slight numbness on the tongue. I understood what melon incense is. Sour and bitter. The taste is watery through the throat. After the first impression like light, this flavor follows. It is good.
And the label is austere and cool.
Purchased at the brewery. New sake.
A magnificent house on the old Nakasendo Road, with a 260 year old bottle of sake, various objects from the Edo period, paintings, and calligraphy on display, which were also enjoyable to see.

前回飲んで気に入ったので家飲みで。
前回気づかなかったメロンの貫く香りが、今日は強く感じられました。終始甘さが強め。前の印象とちょっと違いましたが、飲む温度できっと大きく変わるのでしょう！

ひとごこち使用。明鏡止水の大澤酒造が地元向けに出しているお酒。
明鏡止水と飲み比べると田舎臭さ（雑味なのかな？）があるが純米の旨さを出している！良いではないか！と本日驚きの出会い。
