This is a test brew of Q/A, which seems to focus on "astringency" 🍶.
Pouring into the sake cup, it has a sooty, nigorigo color. The aroma has a faint scent of cucumber. In the mouth, you can feel the sweet and sour taste of cucumber/melon at the attack, but the astringent taste spreads throughout the whole body from the middle 😆 It has a bitter and mature taste, which is a type of sake I have never tasted before and I thought this was a good one 😋😋😋😋😋😋.
