Hououmida" has a gorgeous aroma, but when I opened the bottle, I was a little surprised to find that Black Phoenix had a surprisingly subdued aroma.
In the mouth, the aroma of muscat, green apples, and white peaches that passed through the nose impressed me with its freshness!
The taste is quite elegant with an elegant sweetness and a pleasant bitterness, giving the impression of a beautiful sake that goes down smoothly and without corners.
I thought the aroma would be modest, but while drinking it, the gorgeousness spread out, making it clearly a different and dramatic saké!
I drank it with gusto, immersed in self-satisfaction that I was right in choosing it as my first sake of the new year 😅.
