This sake was drunk at a sushi restaurant frequented by a man I meet regularly. This is the only type of sake the restaurant has. So we started with sashimi and proceeded to sushi, but this was the only sake we had. We drank it for 8 gou. It must have gone well with the rice of Edomae Sushi! The label says that the rice is washed by hand as in the old days. Is that a good thing?
We had a great time talking and drinking.
