We were into sake brewed with glutinous rice for a while and purchased this sake with the sole purpose of using glutinous rice.
The taste memory was disappointing as it was far from our taste, but from the way it smelled and tasted, I now think that it would have been more aromatic and tasty if it were heated up. If you don't like the smell of brewed alcohol, this sake is not for you.
