Smells like a flower. Like a rose. Sake is amazing. Slightly effervescent. Rice is in abundance. Not too sweet and easy to drink. You can finish it quickly.
Sasai Shuzo's fresh doburoku launch event, Feb. 8 and 9
The event is to have doburoku drawn in a pot and wait for the president to put the label on it in a separate room while chatting with the store keeper (personal impression). You can buy the already-filled bottles at a later date. They plan to offer a variety of doburoku in the future.
Blowout warning.
This type of sake is familiar to sake drinkers, but they need to sell it where they can see it in order to prevent unfortunate accidents from happening to those who are not.
So you have to go to the brewery to buy it. The difficulty of obtaining it is too much in favor of the locals. 笹の誉蔵元イベント限定酒 純米大吟醸 美山錦 花酵母 槽しぼり 限定品 おっrare occurrence
It is very good.
It has a gorgeous citrus-like ginjo aroma. It has a refreshing mouthfeel, sweetness, and bitterness. It is like grapefruit.
The aroma is strong. It is really good.
Purchased at a sake brewery.
A small new sake release event held on December 28 and 29.
The sake is freshly pressed in a small pot and bottled on the spot with a ladle. The aroma of the sake is so pleasant that it brings a smile to the face of the customer.
The sake is made with Akita-style flower yeast AK-1 (Association No. 1501), which is a new challenge for the brewery. おっrare occurrence
The alcohol smell that pierces the nose is alarming, but it is soft and sweet in the mouth. Quite sweet. It is delicious. Slight lactic acidity in the aftertaste. I like it.
Made from Koshihikari rice. The rice polishing ratio is an astonishing 96%. The alcohol content is 10 degrees. Challenging, isn't it?
Sasai Sake Brewery. Just after turning from the national highway. There are quite a lot of cars passing by, so I made a detour to turn left to enter.
The brewer told us to leave the bottle at room temperature after opening and enjoy the changes. No, I drank it right away.
On a boring Friday, I have no choice but to drink. gon781676 2022/10

It is sweet, but the overall taste is gentle and light, so it does not linger.
The acidity, which at first seems modest, becomes a nice accent after a few days, just as it does when heated.
It is a sake that does not make you think of Yamahai. Alternate between cold and warmed sake.
The acidity was especially nice when heated. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
