It's sake from the liquor store's hanpukai.
This is the first one!
I had it at room temperature, by itself😄.
It has a strong acidity with a hint of sweetness.
I heard it's a sake with a deep "astringency", but I didn't feel much astringency 😅.
It was very easy to drink 🍶, probably because of the low alcohol content ☺️
Alcohol level: 13%.
Rice: Yamadanishiki produced in Kukai, Kawanishi City, Hyogo Prefecture
