hoshiakiThree-stage winter brewing🍶Akitsuho🌾1568 from Nara Prefecture
Another brand of Kaze no Mori. A unique bottle is cool 😅Brewed with reference to a diary from 1568 Muromachi period 🤔Dense and tasty 😆. A little bit cemedine. It's a little bit cemedine, but it's also spicy and sharp. It goes well with steak 🥩 at Restaurant Katayama. It's easy to drink even though it's aged. I had a precious sake 😋.

The color is yellowish, and I think it's feeling thicker. It is said to be a modern reproduction of an ancient technique, but is it possible to drink such a delicious sake even in 1355...? It tastes like apple and flowery honey. Even though it is a different brand, it is about 10% like Kaze no Mori. Could it be the influence of the rice used, Akitsuho?
Sashimi (salmon, tuna, squid, whitefish), along with some char siu!
