January 27 "Nada Gogo no Kurabiraki" (④) The booth of "Dewaka", which I have never drunk before, was the last objective of the event. Bandai Osawa Brewing Company / "Dewaka", Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture Junmai Daiginjo-Shizuku-shu Nama-no-Maruju, aged for 4 years. The brewer kept recommending this sake, so I decided to try it even though it was the most expensive one with four tickets. Although it is a four-year aged sake, it does not have a strong old sake feel, and it has a sweet and tasty flavor. It is easy to drink because the taste is moderate for an aged sake. But at the end, there is a sense of maturity. Tokuwaka Shiboritate Junmai Nama Nama-junshu Fresh, but with a hint of rich sweetness and fullness. It also has a hint of bitterness. Forgot to take a picture💦. They also had "Kiwami", "Shinshu Nigori", "Honjozo", etc. I decided to drink mainly shiboritate and nama sake and some rare sake.

Good morning, Nemuchi-san 😀 Last November, I tasted a new sake at the brewery and was told by the brewer that the new sake and nigori would be ready soon and that he was very proud of them 😀 I went there first thing when the brewery opened the doors. It was delicious!

Basically, you can only buy this sake at the brewery, but it was sold at the Hanshin Department Store in Nishinomiya. It is a relatively new brewery, founded in 2005. It was spun off from the Osawa Brewery (now Osawa Honke Brewery), which is located next door. It seems that the two breweries were separated due to differences in direction, and they do not get along well with each other despite being neighbors. Osawa Honke Shuzo's brand name is Houmusume. It is the only active wooden brewery in Nada Gogo. A peculiar aroma. It has a thick mouthfeel. Slightly sweet and nutty. The nuttiness becomes stronger in the latter half of the bottle, and the taste is sharp and clean. It is a bit on the dry side, but I prefer it to the Shiboritate Junmai Ginjo I had before. I prefer the Shiboritate Junmai Ginjo I had before. Well, maybe it has a little bit of an aged feel. I drank junmai ginjo 4 years ago, so it's possible that my taste has changed...

Hi Rafa 😃 They are right next to each other, so it's convenient to haggle 😁. Houmusume has added sugar and Tokuwaka is mainly junmai, so maybe they are well separated 🤔I think that's the cause of the split 😅.

品目上はリキュール.隣で作ってるのに寳娘 原酒の原酒25と全然違う(そりゃそうだw)こちらは兵庫の酒らしさを感じる,またとても辛い! 濃さはあまり感じない.

西宮の地酒。 香りはほぼ無いけど後味スッキリで度数高めやけど飲みやすい。普段飲みには良いかも。南方や五神と同じ度数やけどこっちのほうが軽い飲み口。

冷やで飲むとぼんやりぼやけて特徴のない原酒を感じない酒だが,燗にした途端,甘味わき立ち香り豊かに,燗冷ましはコシが強い.冷えで飲むと,酸味が冴えスッキリとした旨さに,ともに原酒は感じない.
