Timeline
soumachoLast month, I went to Tottori Prefecture 🚗 via Daisen.
When we stopped by Yurihama-cho, where the Hayawai hot springs are located, we picked up this sake because of its distinctive label 🍶.
It seems that the color of the star gives different specifications and flavors, so I chose the purple one this time.
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol 14 degrees Celsius
The color is yellowish, but the aroma is fruity.
It has a sweet and sour taste throughout and finishes with a little bitterness 😃.
It is a little light, but it goes better with meat than fish 🍖.

boukenThe day after hopping from one department store event to another, I went to a tasting at Ikoma Sake Brewery.
Before the sake tasting, we were allowed to try some sake that the store had bought in Tottori🙏.
Then Hoshitori, a Sanin sake group.
San'in Togo, which was brewed by the same Fukura Shuzo brewery, is no longer available, but the brewery seems to have some stock or is still shipping...
It is said to be Junmai Daiginjo, but is it Junmai Daiginjo? It seems to be a Junmai Daiginjo...
It was the same as when I tasted it at Takashimaya, but there was nothing shining...
The label might make you think it's fruity, but it's not fruity.
I'd rather drink Sanin Togo than Hoshitori, though I've never bought it because it's only available in one bottle.
I've never had it, but I'm sure Sanin Togo is more unique and attractive 🤔 まつちよGood evening bouken!
I don't think they will ever stop making heated sake from the San'in region because they have a strong fan base 🤔.
I was a little sad the other day when I saw "Fukura" by Fukura Shuzo at a donkey shop in Ginza 🥹. boukenGood evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo😃
I guess they don't care about anything as long as it sells well 🤔The breweries in the same family all have similar labels and quality of sake, they have no personality and are boring 😥. まつちよOh, that's what you mean... 😔

boukenTakashimaya Sake Festival 8
San-in Sake Breweries①
Four breweries jointly opened a stall under the name of Sanin no Kura.
Fukura Shuzo (Yurihama Town, Tottori Prefecture)
Kunitake Shuzo (Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture)
Nakai Shuzo (Kurayoshi City, Tottori Prefecture)
Uida Honten (Masuda City, Shimane Prefecture)
Ugeta Honten's Somi was only available for tasting with a ticket due to the high price of the sake they brought.
We started with Hoshitori from Fukura Shuzo.
Of the 4 Hoshitori varieties, the ones we tasted were
Hoshitori GREEN STAR Junmai Daiginjo
Hoshitori BLUE STAR Junmai Daiginjo
Hmmm, neither of them had much impact, did they?
They didn't leave much of an impression... ひっさんHi ❗️
I see you were at Takashimaya too bouken😄.
I tasted this Hoshitori, but I think it is not so impressive 🤔I think it is a good sake 😐. boukenHi Hissan, Hello ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I'm sure it's not bad, but I don't think there's anything shining... I felt there is not much difference in the taste of each product despite the different price 😅. やす☆Clear sherry fruitiness with a touch of acidity. It becomes more mellow when heated. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
