I wondered where Ryu-Yu sake was from, but it was from the Inokashira brewery. This was also supported by a mannequin.
◉Inogashira Junmai Ginjo Aki-agari Unfiltered Nama R6BY
The sake is slightly fruity and a bit fresh despite being an akiagari. It has a tangy aftertaste.
◉Inogashira Hiyaoroshi R6BY
The first sake was a very fresh, slightly fruity and slightly fresh, but still very fruity, with a piquant aftertaste. It also has a tangy aftertaste.
◉Ryuyuyu Hitogokochi Tonbo
The sake world is known for its dragonflies, such as Senkou, Wakanami, and Izumibashi, but we have discovered a new type of dragonfly.
The fruity mouthfeel is followed by an acidic finish.

Another fruity mouthfeel, with a slightly astringent taste from the acidity. The acidity is very strong and gives the sake a Junmai (pure rice) feel.

The price tag says "medium", but the acidity is a bit more pronounced.
While tasting at the Wakasa booth, we talked about an event at the Moriguchi Keihan Department Store, and another customer asked if there was one at Moriguchi Keihan as well. and we exchanged information about the event. I was informed that a Niigata sake event was currently being held at the Kintetsu Department Store in Abeno Harukas.
