On the way back from Nishizawa Valley in Yamanashi Prefecture, we stopped by Yoro Sake Brewery
Rokunoha was named so that the sixth generation's challenge would spread like a wave. The bottle and label are beautiful.
What is that smell? Koji? Tastes acidic.
Hmmm not my favorite 🤔.
