The buffet at Seifuuso in Awara Onsen had two kinds of food: the last one was Ippongi and Hakuryunen... The buffet food was good, with a wide variety of sushi and seafood, but it would have been nice to have a little more variety of sake 🤔.

After drinking Ippongi's dry sake, I felt it was sweet even though it was supposed to be slightly spicy 🤣.
I don't know about the aroma, it has a gentle mouthfeel with a sweet umami taste and a full flavor. It has a mild acidity, but it gradually rises to a slightly spicy 🤔. After the first sip, I felt the sweetness was too much.
It wouldn't have been so bad if I drank it first😅.
I had a craving for curry after reading Gyve's first curry so I had to finish the curry ✨.
