Dinner at home.
Natural yellowtail from Hokkaido with a lot of fat and
and a whisker snapper from Ehime Prefecture.
We opened a bottle of Junmai Ginjo Hiyayogoshi from Hounoume.
I opened a bottle of Toyonoume Junmai Ginjo Hiyayogoroshi. It is as refreshing as water when served cold.
