It has no habits, but the taste is strong and satisfying, and the aftertaste is clean. I paired it with a hotel dinner (Japanese cuisine) on New Year's Eve, and it did not interfere with the food. It was delicious.

Original sake from the Sennenichi Sake Brewery in Awaji Island
I bought this sake for a tasting to see what it was like.
It had a pristine taste, strong amino acid flavor, and strong alcohol content. I didn't feel the acidity as much as it should have.
However, it was easy to drink despite the fact that it was an unpasteurized sake and the alcohol content was not too strong.
It was easy to drink even though it was unpasteurized. It was a very good sake from Awaji Island.
It was a truly delicious sake from Awaji Island.
