Muscat and grain-based aroma with a slight lactic acidity.
In the mouth, a gentle rice-derived sweetness and sourness like apple and muscat spread slowly, followed by a fresh muscat-like aroma (similar to the previous Musical Instrument Masamune), and finally, a trace amount of spiciness disappears quickly.
The impression is that it is an excellent sake that is a model of light sweet sake. It is normally quite good, but there is no characteristic acidity or umami.
