This is the fourth bottle. This is also the first time.
It is also the first time for me to drink sake from Okayama Prefecture.
I think this is the second Asahi rice sake since Senkou.
It has a beautiful mouthfeel and goes very smoothly.
It had a nice sharpness with a strong umami flavor.
It was very tasty, but I could not bring myself to take it home.
It was the most popular sake at the tasting.
