Last weekend was the farewell party for the March personnel.
The sake on the all-you-can-drink menu was only labeled "sake (room temperature)," which sounded a little yucky.
The staff told us that they have several kinds of sake, including Collage, Fukkomachi and Kiku no Tsukasa. The first one is Kuraku.
Let's see...
The first one is Collage. The first one is a very good one!
Bottled for 3 years in 2021 and left in a regular refrigerator for 2 years. It's a very good wine!
But still, Collage is still Collage. It's still delicious!
We will drink Kiku no Tsukasa next time.
