After a one-day business trip to Omura city in the central part of Nagasaki Prefecture, I had an iron drink on the express train on the way back home.
Here's what I took out after quenching my thirst early with a beer
Ikinahakarai Junmai Ginjo Nama-Zume
Another brand of Shigeke Shuzo, famous for Yokoyama!
I found it at a supermarket I happened to stop by during transit and decided to bring it home with me!

The aroma is fresh Pinappo🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍!

It is moderately sweet and tart, yet has a great flavor!
And then it kicks in with a delayed bitterness...
The taste is as good as Yokoyama's. ❗️
It's even better than I imagined: ‼️
