Echigo Kenshin SAKE Festival 2025!

Two days of outdoor sake festivals and all-you-can-taste sake with ochoko (cups), featuring sake breweries in Joetsu! This year marks the 20th anniversary of the event, and is a total revival after 3 years!
A blend of brands from all of Joetsu's sake breweries, this is truly one of Joetsu's Sake Breweries Sogakkari.
By exquisitely blending several sake breweries, Chiyonomitsu Shuzo brought together two different tastes of sake, "Ryu" and "Yoshi".
The silhouette of Lord Kenshin is cool, too,
Yoshi has a gorgeous impression, with acidity and a complex flavor,
Ryu is gentle, with a smooth, yet deep umami, and a soft sweetness that lingers gently.
Delicious.
When I checked the blended sake breweries, I found that each of them had their own unique flavor, but at the same time, each of them had their own unique flavor. I'd love to see the production process, it's amazing. Well made.
